What is the monthly price of SPF&I?

Monthly pricing varies based on your dealership’s size and specific needs, starting at $1,000 per month. Please contact us for a tailored quote.

What is included in the monthly cost?

Most services are included in your monthly fee, but certain third-party services like credit checks and identity verification incur additional fees.

Are there additional fees beyond the monthly cost?

The monthly fee covers full access to SmartPath F&I, including ongoing support and updates. Additional usage-based fees may apply, such as credit check and payment services. They include:

  • Remote eSign functionality via RouteOne
  • Payment Processing via Stripe
  • Credit Services via 700Credit
  • Any Third Party Protection Product licenses

Is there a free trial or evaluation period for SPFI?

Yes! We offer a free two-month trial so you can fully experience SmartPath F&I before committing.

What DMS platforms does SPFI integrate with?

Currently, SPF&I doesn’t integrate directly with dealership management systems (DMS). In the meantime, we provide a copy-paste feature to reduce rekeying time. We are actively developing DMS integrations, stay tuned for future updates!

Can I integrate SPFI with MST Sales without re-entering data? 

Yes, Customer information from MST Sales will automatically flow into SPF&I, eliminating duplicate data entry.

Are there limitations on changing the structure of the deal in the F&I office (interest rates, payments, products)?

Yes, you can customize terms, cash down amounts, and rate types.

Is SPFI integrated with Toyota AIM accessories?

Yes, accessory data from Toyota AIM will automatically transfer when a deal is created through MST Sales.

Can I use SPFI in-store experience without Customer-facing tools? (i.e. eliminate back-and-forth with customer since they are sitting with dealer)

Currently, SPF&I is designed to be customer-facing in-store, helping streamline interactions and save time.

Can I change when the Credit App appears in the sales flow?

Yes, you can offer the Credit App at any stage in the sales journey—before or after structuring deals.

What features are included in the Phase 1 release of SPFI?

Phase 1 includes comprehensive deal management, digital credit applications, VPP menu integration, real-time data synchronization, customer payments and e-signature.

Can I customize Deal Structures directly in SPFI?

Absolutely! Customize terms, cash down, and rate types directly within SPF&I to fit customer and dealership needs.

Can I edit deals in DealerHub?

Can I adjust VPP pricing in real time?

Yes, you adjust Vehicle Protection Plan pricing using the SmartPath F&I admin tools. Once saved, the new pricing will take affect on all future VPP deals for which the VIN/Deal applies.

Can I use the VPP menu without a Toyota Owners account?

Is there an Acceptance and Declination form available for a co-buyer?

No, acceptance and declination is currently only available for the primary buyer.

Can we do the needs analysis before presenting products?

Yes, your Customer can easily complete a Needs Analysis questionnaire to inform personalized product recommendations.

Can I personalize product recommendations based on the needs analysis?

Your Customer's responses to the Needs Analysis can inform your conversations with your Customers. At this time, the products presented to the customer, are configured by the Dealer.

Can I used SPFI without using 700Credit for credit services?

Why can't I sign-in through Dealer Daily?

Dealer Daily integration is not currently supported, but we are considering it for future updates.

What is the process for handling incidents with PremierCare support?
